The problem

Microsoft 365 works. Is it secure?

Most companies set up Microsoft 365 to get people working, then the team moved on to the next urgent request. Since then, people have joined and left, guest accounts have piled up, and users have granted free apps access to their mailboxes because the apps looked useful.

None of it shows up until something goes wrong: a compromised account, a file shared with the wrong person, or an audit question nobody can answer.

What we review

Six areas, one structured checklist

Identity

MFA coverage, admin roles and privileged accounts, Conditional Access, guest accounts and legacy authentication in Entra ID.

Devices

Intune enrollment, compliance policies, and who can reach company data from personal devices.

Email

Phishing and malware protection, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and forwarding rules that send mail outside the company.

Data sharing

External sharing in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and where sensitive data is exposed.

Apps

Third-party apps users have granted access to company data, including the free ones nobody approved.

Visibility

Audit logging and alerts. If something happened today, would you know?

What you get

Findings you can act on

  • A prioritized findings report, with every finding risk-rated, its business impact in plain language, and the specific fix
  • A quick-wins list of what you can fix this week with little effort
  • A readout call with your IT lead, or your CEO if you don’t have an IT department
  • A one-page executive summary for your CEO or board
  • A list of automation opportunities: repetitive tasks we found that could run themselves
  • A follow-up call 30 days later, while your team applies the fixes

We review the configuration, not your people

Your team has been busy keeping users working. The review is there to help them prioritize, and they stay in charge of what happens next.

Read-only and fixed price

We only need read access, so nothing in your environment changes. The fixes are a separate project, quoted from the findings, and only if you want us to do them.

Questions

What people ask before starting

Will you change anything in our environment?

No. The review uses read-only access. Any changes happen later, in a separate project, and only if you decide to go ahead.

How much time does our team need to spend?

Very little: granting access, a short kickoff, and the readout call.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your Microsoft 365 environment. After a short call we give you a fixed price, agreed before we start.

Can you also fix what you find?

Yes. We quote the fixes as a fixed-price project, based on the findings. Your team can also apply them on their own using the report.

Should we start with this or with the Zero Trust Quick Start?

If your main worry is what users reach on the internet, start with the Zero Trust Quick Start. If it’s accounts, email and data inside Microsoft 365, start here. We’ll tell you on the call.
