Cloudflare Zero Trust Quick Start

Know where your users go on the internet within two weeks

We set up Cloudflare Zero Trust for a pilot group, show you what your users actually reach online, and then roll out the controls you choose, with security designed in from day one.

The problem

“We don’t have control where the users browse internet.”

IT leaders across Latin America describe the problem in almost exactly those words.

Your team puts users first, so its week goes to tickets, password resets and whatever broke this morning. There’s no time left to step back and ask what’s leaving the network, which sites people reach, or which free apps someone connected last month because they looked useful.

Meanwhile a phishing link, a risky download or a file-sharing site nobody approved is one click away for every user, at the office and at home.

How it works

Three phases, starting small

1

See

We deploy Cloudflare Zero Trust for a pilot group of your users. Within one to two weeks you get a visibility report: the sites and apps they reach, the risky and malicious destinations, and the tools in use that IT never approved.

2

Control

We sit down with your management team and agree what’s allowed for work and what gets blocked. Then we apply those policies to the pilot group and test them before anyone else is affected.

3

Roll out and hand over

We extend the controls to everyone in stages so daily work keeps running. You get documentation and a runbook, and your team learns to operate it. Your team keeps ownership, and we take the setup work off their plate.

The pilot gate

If the pilot doesn’t deliver, you don’t pay for the rollout

We start with a pilot group. If after the pilot you don’t have clear visibility and control over where your users browse, we stop there, and you don’t pay for the rollout.

You judge the work on your own users and your own network before committing to the full project.

What you get

Everything to see, control and keep running

  • Cloudflare Zero Trust set up for your organization, from pilot to full rollout
  • A visibility report showing what your users actually reach online
  • Web access policies agreed with your management and tested before rollout
  • Documentation and a runbook your team can operate from
  • A one-page summary for your CEO that explains the risks found, in business terms
  • An acceptable-use policy template for internet access, ready for you to adapt and validate locally
  • A training session for the people who will run it day to day

Your licenses, your account

You buy Cloudflare directly, pay as you go. The account is in your name, so you’re never tied to us to keep it running.

Why Octivio

Security is the starting point of every implementation

Plenty of teams can install a tool and make it work. The hard part is doing it securely, on schedule, without breaking what people use every day.

Octivio is led by Alejandro Duni, who spent years as a regional technology leader across Latin America, covering 15 interconnected countries. He led data center migrations, the move to Microsoft 365 and the modernization of critical infrastructure in the region. Octivio runs every project the same structured way, with a defined process for each step, hands-on.

He also spent years on the other side of the table, buying IT services and managing the providers. Octivio works the way he wanted to be served: clear scope, a fixed price agreed before starting, and documentation you keep.

What people who worked with Alejandro say

“His security-savvy mindset and stellar technical contributions have earned him widespread recognition as an outstanding professional among his peers.”

Who it’s for

Companies in Latin America with 10 to 10,000 employees

In one country or several.

If you have an IT team

We take the setup off their plate, and they keep running it.

If you don’t have an IT department

We explain everything in plain language and leave it running with clear instructions.

Questions

What people ask before starting

Will this disrupt our daily work?

We start with a pilot group and roll out to everyone in stages. Policies are tested on the pilot before they reach anyone else.

Do we need new hardware?

No. Cloudflare Zero Trust runs in the cloud. Depending on your setup, we use a lightweight client on devices or a DNS change.

Who buys the Cloudflare licenses?

You do, directly from Cloudflare, pay as you go. The account stays in your name.

What about employee privacy?

Rules on monitoring web activity vary by country. We recommend telling your employees about the policy, and we give you an acceptable-use template to adapt. Validate it with your local legal advisor.

Octivio is a new company. Why should we trust you with this?

Octivio is new. The experience behind it covers more than 25 years in IT and a regional role across 15 interconnected countries. That’s also why we start with a pilot: you see the results on your own users before committing to the rollout.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your number of users and what you need. After a short call we give you a fixed price, agreed before we start.

What else can you do with Cloudflare?

We can also replace your VPN with secure access to internal applications (Cloudflare Access), and protect your websites and web apps with Cloudflare’s Web Application Firewall. We quote both separately.

What comes after?

The natural next step is our Microsoft 365 Security Review. The apps and risks found in the pilot feed straight into it.
